Sizing charts are there to help, but keep in mind they’re just a guide — they might not match your personal fit preferences exactly.

No Changes After Closing
Once the store closes, we send everything straight into production. That means, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes, additions, or cancellations after the deadline — so double-check your order before hitting submit!

Final Sale on Personalized Items
Anything with a name or number is final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
Items without personalization may be eligible for exchange or store credit only, no refunds.

Team Orders Welcome!
If you're ordering for a team or group, you're welcome to place the order through the online store.
That said, it’s best to reach out to us directly so we can help you out with sizing, timelines, and any special requests.

When to Expect Your Order

Please note that timelines may vary depending on the type of product and the decoration method, embroidery typically takes a bit longer than screen printing or transfers.
We do allow 4-5 weeks for production after the store closes; however, some may receive their order-ready emails sooner, depending on the items ordered and the production process.
